Our Policy for the Return / Cancellation / Refund / Reschedule is as follows – 

Astrology/Numerology/Vastu/Sadhana Coaching/Kundalini Awakening or any Consultation/Coaching Services

• Cancellation of consultation appointments/services requests of the agreed consultation service date via any medium like instant chat, email, telephone or any other will be treated as a cancellation of services with no refund, and no rescheduling of the service under the same invoice. 
• Rescheduling of consultation appointments/services requests of the agreed consultation service date via any medium like instant chat, email, telephone or any other will be treated as a cancellation of services with no refund, and no rescheduling of the service under the same invoice.

Virtual or Downloadable Products

• No cancellation of such products and no refund on virtual or downloadable products.

Live or Self-paced Online or Classroom Coaching / Workshops / Seminar or session or subscription services

• We do not provide credit, refund, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-program or at the beginning of the program.
• Refunds will not be provided for any onetime payment or subscription payment.
• Subscription will be for the batch as agreed at the time of payment for the immediate or scheduled sessions.
• Subscription will be neither transferrable to any person nor postponed to any week.
• Terms mentioned on the relevant page of a particular service will be applicable without a separate intimation.

Mode of Discussion or Appointment

• Appointments or schedules or discussions below 60 minutes shall be online
  • Clients have to make a necessary arrangement of voice or video call through the medium suggested by Ashish Shrungarpure | Team LifeNAura® | Sri Anjanil®.
  • No cancellation or refund or rescheduling shall be provided if the client network is not reachable at the time of appointment.
  • No cancellation or refund or rescheduling shall be provided if the client does not call up or is not answering the call at the time of appointment
  • No cancellation or refund or rescheduling shall be provided if the client does not join the voice or video bridge circulated to attend the scheduled online appointments or schedules or discussions.
• Appointments or schedules or discussions equal to or above 60 minutes shall be in the mode of either online or in-person appointments or schedules or discussions.
  • “In-person appointments or schedules or discussions” shall be converted to “online appointments or schedules or discussions” with no prior notice at the will of Ashish Shrungarpure | Team LifeNAura® | Sri Anjanil® for which no reason shall be stated to uncover of the change of the mode of appointments or schedules or discussions.
  • “In-person appointments or schedules or discussions,” shall be converted to “online appointments or schedules or discussions,” if there is any announcement of lockdown or curfew or any kind from the local or state or central bodies of Government because of pandemic or any natural / unnatural disaster or calamities or circumstances.
    • In such cases, no cancellation or rescheduling or refund shall be provided, and the discussion will happen through any available medium viz. Voice call or video call over the data.
    • Clients have to make a necessary arrangement of voice or video call through the medium suggested by Ashish Shrungarpure | Team LifeNAura® | Sri Anjanil®.
